Modern Abdominoplasty / Lipo Abdominoplasty

These are not the most appropriate before and after pictures or the best quality but these are all I had and I wanted this result to be seen. This is not your typical tummy tuck as most plastic surgeons do it. This is what I call the Modern tummy tuck or Modern abdominoplasty. What are the differences compared to the usual tummy tuck?

For one look at the belly button. In my operation the belly button looks very natural and youthful. There are no cuts around the belly button. This is better when a plastic surgeon can do it because usually when someone makes a cut around the belly button it does never look as good as mother nature made it.

A lo of liposuction and lipo-sculpture is done with this operation. I am able to do liposuction over the whole abdomen, flanks, hips and back with this tummy tuck. Most standard tummy tucks do not combine liposuction. Liposuction helps to achieve a better contour.
