Liposuction

Procedures performed:

Liposuction of the upper and lower abdomen, upper, middle, and lower flanks, upper, middle, and lower back, and the bra strap area. This set of combined procedures is referred to as liposuction 360.

This patient also had liposuction of the pubic area and the upper hips.

Finally, this patient had all the fat harvested, processed and transfer ed to the buttocks and hips. Fat harvesting and transfer to the buttocks following liposuction of the abdomen and torso is referred as Brazilian Buttock lift (BBL).

The addition of fat to correct the hip dips and offer round buttock contour is a very gratifying operation. When it is performed in thin patients, minimal fat transfer to the buttocks and hips is referred to as “skinny BBL”.

This patient had liposuction 360 and modern abdominoplasty. Liposuction 360 means liposuction of the whole abdomen Flemish and back. She also had liposuction of the upper bulging hips and the pubic area. The patient had also the modern abdominoplasty which maintains the patient’s original belly buttock yet or reshapes it. Last but not least the modern abdominoplasty is performed with a smaller incision as you can see.

Notice the dramatic transformation of the patient’s body after performing Lipo 360. Modern rummy tuck was performed at the same time to address the loose skin of her lower abdomen and pubic area. The patient now has a well-defined physique, especially of her abdomen, flat stomach. Her scar healed exceptionally well and is barely visible. Also notice that her buttocks looks more rounder and defined, but nothing was done do it.

After multiple pregnancies, this wonderful patient wanted to regain her body and self-confidence. She had lipo 360 and standard abdominoplasty. Notice the major transformation of her entire body shape, she has a small waistline, flat abdomen, and her back is the biggest transformation.

This was a more challenging case because the patient had a prior liposuction of her abdomen and flanks done by another surgeon before she came to see me. Therefore, she already formed scar tissue in those areas. Nonetheless, notice how after liposuction performed by me the patient’s abdomen became flat and smooth. And especially the fat and skin rolls she had on her lower back have significantly improved. She now also has a narrow waistline that further accentuates her curves.

Circumferential liposculpting is one of the most popular procedures because it can go a long way and transform a patient’s body shape completely all around, as shown with this patient. Notice how the curvature of her back and buttock changed, giving more of an S-shape curvature. Her butt looks round and more prominent due to the liposculpting that was done around the buttock area, flanks, and back. Her problematic area, such as flanks, are gone and curvature of her back changed, and her abdomen is flat. Overall body transformation gave this patient a much more feminine and fit shape, not to mention a major confidence boost.

Patient had a modern abdominoplasty that allows for better body contouring and overall shape. This surgery also offers a faster recovery time, and preserves the belly button. At the same time patient had liposuction of the flanks and lower back. Patient also had a breast lift. Notice the major transformation in her body shape and the flat abdomen that she now has.

Armpit fat is a common problem area for patients. It is a stubborn area that is hard to get rid of with exercise alone. A gentle-tailored syringe liposuction technique works well to get rid of the armpit fat. It is also done under local anesthesia only. Patient is awake the entire time. Results are immediate, and permanent. Has very minimal discomfort and downtime, swelling is very mild.

This lovely lady had a breast augmentation and some abdominal liposuction/reshaping by me. Her breast augmentation was done through a small incision in the inframammary fold. He implants were cohesive gel silicone implants. Her implants volumes were 450cc on both sides. Her bra size before was 34B. Her bra size after the surgery was 34D. She wanted a much more feminine figure and shape and she was very happy after her surgery with her results.
