Endoscopic Brow Lift

This patient had a facelift, neck lift and an endoscopic brow lift. The facelift was performed by elevation of the malar fat pad and also deep pane SMAS lift. Elevation of the malar fat pad achieves a midface lift. This can also improve the tear trough area and the lower eyelid region. The necklift was performed by plication of the platysma in two locations: midline and laterally. The midline plication of the platysma is also called “corset platysma plasty”.
